

Peggy was born in Oil City, PA, February 5, 1946, to the late William J. and Ruth P. Scovron.
She was a 1964 graduate of Oil City High School.
While stationed in Germany with her first husband Lee P. Rader, Peg was a family counselor for the United States Army in Ansbach Germany from 1980 to 1986 where her family earned the Family of the Year Award.
She retired from Avon in January of 2015 where she served as a District Sales Manager with a team of 500 successful sales representatives in the Southern Nevada area.
She was married to Patric J. Folwell on June 24, 1995, who preceded her in death on June 16, 2015.
Peg is survived by her son, Bill Rader and fiancé Maya Issel, stepsons Matt Folwell and Darrin Rudicil and family all of Las Vegas NV. Stepdaughter, Amy Folwell of Seneca PA. A granddaughter, Dezire Diaz and great grandsons Ethan and Andy of Colorado Springs CO. Her sister, Matha McFadden and husband Keith of Oil City PA. One niece Molly Whitling and family, two nephews, Chris Wygant and family and Adam Wygant and family all of PA.
Peg is also survived by her beloved fiancé and traveling companion, Franklin Grijp and family of Las Vegas NV.
In addition to her parents and husband, Peggy was also preceded in death by her sister Marriane Scovron Battista.
Peg loved to travel and tend to her desert scape garden, but her passion was her Kansas State Wildcat’s home football games, which she never missed.

A funeral mass will be held on Thursday August 16th at 1pm at the Our Lady of Las Vegas Roman Catholic Church.
