Pete Rodrequez, 89, of Las Vegas, passed away November 11, 2010. He was born February 26, 1921, in El Paso, Texas, and was a resident of Nevada since 1991. Pete served in the U.S. Army and was a retired construction insulator. He was a member of Heat and Frost Insulators and Asbestos Workers Union and of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church. Pete is survived by his significant other, Melba Roberts; son, Peter (Teresa) of Scottsdale, Arizona; daughters, Yolanda (Michael) DeVriend of Camarillo, California, and Dee (Roy) Talley of Moorpark, California; five grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and sister, Esperanza Chaves of El Paso, Texas. Memorial Mass will be at 11:30 a.m. Saturday, November 20, at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church, 1811 Pueblo Vista Drive, Las Vegas, Nevada.
