This is one memory that I will always treasure and never forget.

We all grew up very close as cousins. Every summer vacation, we were always excited to spend our holidays in Pacita because we always felt so welcome in your home. My tita Marcy were incredibly generous, and Tito Philip, you always made all of Tita Marcy’s family feel loved and accepted. You weren’t just Tita Marcy’s husband you embraced all of us as your own family.

I will never forget how kind and generous you were. We never felt treated differently. You loved and valued each one of us equally. That’s why every time we went home after our vacation, we carried with us so many happy memories.

I just want to thank you, Tito Philip, for all the kindness, love, and support that you and Tita Marcy showed to Papa Atoy and our entire family. It makes me sad that we never had the chance to all be together again in the Philippines.

Thank you for your kind and generous heart. Thank you for making me feel so welcome every time I stayed with you during my childhood. Those are memories that I will carry with me forever.

May your soul rest in peace, Tito Philip. We love you so much. Thank you for everything, Tito. You will always be remembered with love and gratitude
