Phyllis E. Gay

Phyllis Esphanola Gay, was born on July 8, 1946 at 5:48 am, in Fordyce, Arkansas to James and Hazel Gay. They moved to Las Vegas in 1947 were Phyllis attended West Madison Elementary School. She graduated from Vegas High School in 1965, and then went on to cosmetology school. Phyllis then met George Dennis Allen and married and conceived the Beautiful Lisa Cheri Allen. Phyllis then became a cocktails server at Circus Circus Hotel. Later she escalated to the top of the Landmark Hotel. From the Landmark Hotel, Phyllis went to the MGM Grand Hotel which later became Bally’s Hotel and Casino, were she retired in 2012. She enjoyed and loved very much her daughter Lisa Cheri and grandchildren Airiana Jovan and Zachary Joseph Fragoso. Phyllis loved shopping, dining, traveling and having fun with her family and friends. Phyillis left to cherish her brother, Phillip Gay, sister, Clonie Gay and brother, (RIP) Jimmy Gay. She will be greatly missed as the Grand Diva she was. I love you Ma. Your beloved daughter Lisa Cheri.
