Pura was born in Pilar, Capiz, Philippines to Leoncio & Rosa Boholano on October 15, 1924. She went to school at Pilar Elementary School. She married Ricaredo Lemon on July 4, 1946 in Pilar, Capiz. She was a member of the Ladies of Charity in Casanayan Parish. She won Mother of the Year in Las Vegas, Nevada is 1993.
Pura is preceded in death by her husband, Ricaredo. Pura is survived by her eight children: Divina and her husband Jose, Pureza and her husband Angelo, Josue and his wife Rosette, Carmen, Sylvia and her husband Leutheny, Richard and his wife Chris, Emily and her husband Antonino, Josette and her husband Adan; her fourteen grandchildren – Jovi and her husband Jericho and their son Jason; Josue Jr. and his wife Jonna and their children JJ & Julia; Josette and her husband Nicolas and their children Juliana and Julian; Daryl and his wife Ava and their children Avryl and Dominic; Joseph and his wife Jen and their children Jedd & Joleen; Mark; Judy and her husband Donald and their daughter Jade; Kevin and his wife Fatima and their son Kadin; Christine and her fiancée Randy; Irene and her wife Melanie; Lesyl; Ryan; Kenneth; & Kyle.
Pallbearers will be Jose Benliro, Angelo Hidrosollo, Leutheny Blancaver, Adan Estimos, Antonino Libardo, and Vic Beluso.
A Visitation will be held at Palm Mortuary - Northwest, 6701 North Jones Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89131, US, on August 29, 2026, from 1:00 pm to 6:00 pm, and on August 30, 2026, from 1:00 pm to 6:00 pm.
A Funeral Service will take place at St. Joseph, Husband of Mary Roman Catholic Church, 7260 W Sahara Ave, Las Vegas, NV 89117, on August 31, 2026, at 10:00 am, followed by a Committal Service at Palm Northwest Cemetery, 6701 North Jones Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89131, on August 31, 2026, at 12:00 pm.
