Mr. Ralph Buell Arbuckle

Ralph Buell Arbuckle, 82 passed away in Las Vegas, NV at Oakey Assisted Living Facility. He was preceded in death by his loving wife of 54 years Anita Arbuckle, his step-sons Jeffrey Pickering (2017), James Pickering (2007) and daughter Jenae Arbuckle (2016). He leaves behind his daughters Donna Kestler (Las Vegas, NV) and Paula Halstead (Ks), sister-in-law Evelyn Tarpy (MO) and brother-in-law Cliff Tarpy (MD.), Ralph’s #1 Favorite Granddaughter Melissa Ortega who visited and assisted Gramps regularly. Thank you Mel. Ralph’s family extended to grandchildren, Justin Acklin and Jamie Acklin (Las Vegas), Abigail Croft (England), Jessica Sazama (KS), Michelle Cousins and

Christopher Cousins (Ks). He leaves behind eight great-granddaughters Arli and Hailey Ortega (Las Vegas, Nv) , Jenna, Isabella and Olivia Acklin (Las Vegas, NV) and Karra and Jasmine

Acklin (So. Carolina) and Jada Cousins (Ks) and three great-grandsons Zachary and Isaiah Sazama (KS) and Joshua Cousins (Ks). Ralph graduated from Wichita East High School Class of 1960. Ralph was a member of the NEBF for 30 year and the IBEW for over 60 years. His remains will be kept with his loving daughter, Donna, and to be interned at Lakeview Cemetery, Wichita, Ks. with mother, Anita Arbuckle spring of 2024. A Memorial service will be held by the family on

November 21, 2023 2:00 pm at Oakey Assisted Living in Las Vegas, Nevada. A special thanks to Scott Cozza administrator of Oakey for loving my Dad as much as we did and to Brighton Hospice for their loving care.
