Raymond P. Scarlatta, 67, a retired floorman, of Las Vegas, passed away Saturday, Feb. 23, 2013. He was born Oct. 24, 1945, in Nicosia, Italy, and was a resident of Nevada since 1972. He is survived by his wife, Shelli Scarlatta; son, Ross Miljenovich of Phoenix; daughters, Jami Reynolds of Gilroy, Calif. and Jaci Shuga of Reno; and five grandchildren. Memorial services will be at 10 a.m., Saturday, March 2, at Palm Mortuary-Cheyenne, 7400 W. Cheyenne Road, Las Vegas.
