Rebekah Louise Kato passed away on March 16, 2018 after a long battle with cancer. She was born on June 23, 1974 in Miami, FL to Thomas and Nancy Grimm. She attended schools in Hialeah, Florida and attended the University of Alabama, graduating with a BA in English. Her first job was with Southwest Airlines in Birmingham, Alabama. She worked also in Hartford, Connecticut and Las Vegas for Southwest where she met her husband Kenneth Kato. She was later a personal assistant to Scott Walls of BWA Architects. Rebekah was an artistic, talented young woman who enjoyed crafting, sewing and her family.
She is survived by her husband Ken; daughters, Lauren and Audrey; parents, Thomas and Nancy Grimm, brother, Terrence Grimm; sister-in-law, Traci; niece, Madeleine; nephew, Jacob; father-in-law, Yasuto; mother-in-law, Mary Louise; and brother-in-law, Colin.
