Richard was raised with six siblings. He had four brothers, Frank "Teeter", Joseph "Butch", Tony and Mike and two sisters Virginia "Nona" and Shirley "Weda".
Richard passed away on April 15, 2012 at in his home in Las Vegas, Nevada. He is survived by his wife, three sons, two daughter in laws, ten grandchildren, two sisters and two brothers. Services were held at Palm Northwest Mortuary and Cemetery. Richard was cremated at Palm Northwest Crematory in Las Vegas, Nevada.
