Robert Nicholas Bozick

Robert Nicholas Bozick Sr., 76, passed away peacefully, Sunday, Dec. 18, 2022, at home. He was born May 1, 1946, in Youngstown to the late Nicholas and Nell Minchino Bozick. Bob graduated from East High School Class of 1964. He was a member of the Ohio National Guard. He was employed by Wean Industries for 28 years and retired from Main Steel in 2006. Upon retirement, he moved to Las Vegas.

He married his high school sweetheart, Andrea Kiktavy Bozick, on Jan. 25, 1969.

In addition to his wife, he leaves to cherish his memory, his daughter Alison (John) Bartko of Las Vegas, Nev.; a son, Robert Bozick Jr. of Houston; three grandchildren, Abigail, Emily and Aaron “AJ” Bartko; and a brother, Ken Bozick of Poland.

He was preceded in death by his parents, and brother, Donald Bozick.

In honoring Bob’s wishes, there will be no visitation or services. Arrangements are being directed by Palm Northwest Mortuary and Cemetery in Las Vegas.

The Bozick and Bartko families would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to Compassion Care Hospice in Las Vegas for their kindness, comfort and care provided to Bob.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in his memory to the Nevada Chapter of the National Hemophilia Foundation www.hfnv.org.
