Robert Dean Dawson, 84, died December 30, 2025 in Las Vegas, NV.. He was born on July 20, 1941, in Creston, IA. He moved with his parents to Denver, CO, in 1947. He lived in the Denver area until he and his wife, Sandra, moved to Las Vegas in 1990.
Robert attended high school and college in Pueblo, CO. He served proudly in the U.S. Marine Corps. He married Sandra Ryan on February 4, 1966, and they had two sons, Kevin and Kelly.
Robert is survived by his wife, Sandra; his sons Kevin (Bev), and Kelly (Carolyn); his grandchildren Trenton John, Katya Marie, and Kevin Dean; his siblings, Leslie Wengrin, John Dawson, and Kimberly Davis.
Graveside services will be attended by family only.
