Robert James Mac Nicol, 67, of Las Vegas, passed away July 14, 2016. He loved people and could brighten anyone's day, a skill that served him well through a 28 year career in hospitality at the Flamingo on the strip. He enjoyed entertaining, sports, travel, gardening, and especially, animals. Perhaps what he loved most were the handful of pets he was able to rescue and provide for throughout his life. Preceded in death by his parents, William Sr and Frances (Bambard) Mac Nicol, Sisters Frances Hill, Janet Bertrand, and Anne Dobson, He is survived by Brothers William Jr, Neil, and sister Kathleen and several nieces and nephews. A small service will be held by immediate family prior to his interment in the Mac Nicol Family Plot, Indianfields Township Cemetery in Caro, Michigan.
