Robert (Bobby) was born on August 18, 1937 at home, on Franklin Avenue in Columbus, Ohio. His parents were Floyd H. Pannell and Alberta L. Walden Pannell. Robert was raised in Columbus, Ohio and Eaton, Ohio. Robert served in the U.S. Air Force as an Airman Second Class. He was stationed in Florida, Hawaii, Africa and Europe. Robert passed away on July 5, 2012 at Sunrise Hospital, Las Vegas, Nevada. Robert fought a courageous battle with COPD, asthma and heart disease. He was preceded in death by his sister Alroy and brother James (Jimmy). He is survived by four brothers- Floyd (Junior), Albert (Pudgy), Charles (Pokey), and Lawrence (Larry) and five sisters-Janice, Barbara, Margaret (Pat), Saundra and Cheryl. Services were held at Palm Mortuary, Las Vegas, Nevada. Arrangements under the direction of Palm Downtown Mortuary, Las Vegas, NV.
