Robert Todd Unruh, 53, passed away June 30, 2011. He was born Nov. 18, 1957 in Kansas, and was a resident of Las Vegas since 1968. He was a vice president of Desert Meats, the family business. He was preceded in death by his mother, Babette. He is survived by his wife, B-Jae; his son, Alec; his father, Harlon Unruh; his stepmother, Bobbin Unruh; his siblings, Terry (Shirley) Unruh, Paul (Stephanie) Unruh, Julie (Marty) O'Malley and Daniella Unruh; his nieces, Amber and Alexandra; his nephews, Terry and Jonathan; and a host of cousins, aunts, and friends who love him dearly. Visitation will be 5-7 p.m. Monday, July 11, at Palm Mortuary, 1600 S. Jones Blvd. Mass will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday, July 12, at St. Joseph, Husband of Mary, Catholic Church, 7260 W. Sahara Ave. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alec Unruh Education Trust at any Bank of America.
