Rochelle attended Venice High School and, in her early years, was actively involved in B’nai B’rith Women. She carried herself throughout her life with dignity, grace, and quiet strength, earning the respect and affection of all who knew her.
She was the devoted wife of Arthur Adin, who preceded her in death. Their marriage spanned 61 remarkable years and was a testament to enduring love and partnership. Arthur treated Rochelle with unwavering devotion, and together they built a life centered on family, shared experiences, and travel. Among their many journeys, Rochelle held especially dear their memorable trip to Israel, where they were joined on tour by actress Phyllis Diller. The photograph from that occasion remained one of her treasured keepsakes throughout her life.
Rochelle was a dedicated mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, and friend. She is survived by her sister, Judith Freeman and her husband, Will Freeman; her daughter, Denise Zipursky and her husband, Lorne Zipursky; and her son, Mark Adin and his wife, Monica Adin. She was a proud grandmother to Heather Baalke and her husband, Jonathan Baalke; Melissa Hodskins and her husband, Landon Hodskins; and Jesse Zipursky. She was further blessed with three great-grandchildren: Adin Renick, Lucas Hodskins, and Owen Hodskins.
In addition to her beloved husband, she was preceded in death by her sister, Eden Almond, and her niece, Dana Almond.
Rochelle will be laid to rest beside her husband Thursday March 26th, 2026, following a 9:00 am visitation and a 10:00 am graveside service at Palm Northwest Mortuary & Cemetery, 6701 N Jones Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89131.
Her life was defined by steadfast devotion to her family, enduring loyalty, and gracious strength of character. She leaves behind a legacy of love that will continue through the generations of her family.
In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully requests that memorial contributions be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or to a charity of the donor’s choice.
She will be remembered with deep respect, gratitude, and lasting affection.
