Ron was a great husband, father, son, brother, uncle, and best friend to all who knew him.
He served in the United States Army for 4 years and was honorably discharged to later retire as a manager of Cal Vets Home Loans. He took great pride in serving his fellow countrymen in getting them the right home.
While he loved his profession as a home loan manager, at heart, he always considered his favorite hobby - Gambling, as his job. He was an avid 49'ers fan. He looked forward to spend time with his nephew and friends to watch the game at the Station Casinos. In the days of his youth, he went hunting with his friends. Ron spent many of his days enjoying music from the 50s, Linda Ronstadt, and Mexican music. And very dear to his heart, are the countless memories with his travels with his family.
Ron is survived by his wife, Mary, step-sons, Adam and Michael, sisters, Jerry Lou, Bobbie, Margarita, and Karen, brothers, Edward and David, and granddaughter, Abigail.
Ron was kind-hearted, strong, confident, and had a great sense of humor. He was always willing to lend a helping hand to those in need. Ron is now in heaven with our Lord, he is not looking back. Ron will be forever missed and loved by all who knew him.
We will miss you. Until we meet again.
Ecclesiastes 7:1 And the day that you die is better than the day you were born.
