Preceded in death by his mother Katherine (nèe Andrycich) and father John.
He is survived by his son, Timothy, his daughter , Alyssa Ayers (Dustin), and sister Michele Schmidt (Louis).
Ron was born September 22, 1957 in New Jersey to John and Katherine Duda. He received his engineering degree at N.J.I.T. In 1983 followed by his Master of Science - Management of Technology degree from Stevens Institute of Technology in 1996.
He was an electrical engineer turned salesman who took great pride in his work.
He began working at Home Depot in his retirement.
Ron loved doing his own home improvements, cooking great food, music, especially his passion for playing the piano, and spending time with his sister and children.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to the Terry Kath Scholarship Fund at DePaul University.
