Rosario Garcia Mariano

Born on October 11, 1933, in Malabon, Rizal, Philippines, Rosario was the daughter of Geronimo and Margarita Garcia. She grew up in Manila, Philippines, and graduated high school from National Teachers College. She continued her education at the University of the Philippines, where she earned her degree in Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She worked as a Urology Nurse Supervisor for Valley Hospital for 20 years.

Throughout her life, Rosario was a source of unwavering love, strength, and guidance to her family and friends. She married Resurreccion Lintag Mariano on January 12, 1964, and together they built a life filled with love and cherished memories. Together, they raised four children: Ronald (Marenda), Marife (David), Maricar (Peter), and Marriza (Michael), who will forever be grateful for her love and support.

Rosario has a passion for dancing, Zumba, traveling, baking and spending time with the family. She was known for her generosity and immense love for her grandchildren. She was always there to help families and friends, which she enjoyed with great enthusiasm.

In addition to her children, Rosario is survived by her two brothers, Manuel and Oliver, and four grandchildren: Kristiana, Samuel, Sophie, and Nolan.

A funeral service to honor and celebrate Rosario’s life will be held at Palm Northwest Cemetery, located at 6701 N. Jones Blvd., Las Vegas, NV 89131, on June 13, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Friends and family are invited to attend to pay their respects and share their memories.
