Rose Soto Arce, 90 passed away on Monday March 7, 2011 at Summerlin Hospital in Las Vegas, Nevada. On March 6, 1921 she was born in Cabanatuan City, Nueva Ecija. in the Philippines to parents Bernardo and Arcadia Soto. She currently lived in Moreno Valley, California but traveled to Las Vegas, Nevada often to visit with family. Most recently she spent her 90th birthday with her family and had a wonderful celebration. Rose is survived by two sons Eduardo and Ruperto and her two beautiful daughters Grace and Joycelyn. A small family memorial service will be help on Friday March 18, 2011 at 4 PM at 1600 South Jones Blvd. Arrangements under the direction of Palm South Jones Mortuary, Las Vegas, NV.
