Ruth Perry Milford

The evening of October 10, 2014 surrounded by her loving family, Ruth Perry Milford, 85 returned to be with her Heavenly Father. She was born June 8, 1929, in Lockney, TX. A resident of Las Vegas the past 53 years, she enjoyed an active, full life that included drag racing, photography, boating , tennis, motorcycles, four wheeling and exploring the desert with her family and husband of 66 years, George Milford. She was preceded in death by her parents and brother. Ruth is survived by her husband, George; son, Mark Milford and his wife Lorilyn; daughter, Georgia, and her husband Kevin; eight grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and two nieces, Becky Bailey and Kaycee Lloyd.

Visitation will be from 6-8pm Tuesday, October 14, at Palm Mortuary Downtown, 1325 N. Main St. Additional Visitation will be at noon prior to the Funeral. Memorial Service will be held at 1pm at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints Gateway Chapel. 4040 E. Wyoming Ave. Graveside will follow at 3pm at Bunkers Memory Gardens 7251 W. Lone Mountain Rd.
