Scott was born in San Francisco, California to Sara and Clifford on October 3rd, 1962. At the age of 16, he and his family moved to Las Vegas, Nevada, where he later married the love of his life, Sharon Bain, on October 13th, 1984. Together they had two children, Sherece and Todd. Scott worked as a painter for Clark County School District for 23 years. A San Franciscan through and through, Scott loved sharing his passion for the city with family and friends that visited. His encyclopedic knowledge of hidden gems and iconic landmarks, as well as special spots from his childhood, brought the streets of San Francisco to life for everyone fortunate enough to visit the city with him. Beyond painting spaces all across the city of Las Vegas, Scott found joy in using his ingenuity and skill for personal projects. He approached his craft with dedication and an unparalleled attention to detail, meticulously transforming aspects of his own home into works of art that spoke volumes of his talent and passion. An avid collector, Scott had a discerning eye for unique and invaluable artifacts. His eclectic assortments of vinyl records, bicycles, and vintage furniture reflected not only a keen eye for beauty but also a profound appreciation for the stories each item held. His collections became a living testament to a life rich in experiences and memories. Scott also had a unique gift for captivating audiences. Whether recounting personal adventures or sharing the histories behind his cherished acquisitions, he had a remarkable talent for pulling listeners into the stories he told, each its own piece of a beautifully narrated existence. He could often be found listening to and playing music, spending time with his loved ones, or cheering on the 49ers. He was a loving and devoted husband, brother, father, grandfather, and friend.
Scott is preceded in death by his mother Sara, his father Clifford, and his grandparents on both sides.
Scott is survived by his wife Sharon, his children Sherece and Todd, his siblings, Dawn, Jolene, Jill, Paul, and Cara, and his grandson Gavin.
