Shawn will be remembered for his loving and funny nature. He was a free spirit, goofy, daring, crazy and fearless man.
Shawn’s hobbies included Budweiser, motorcycles and corn hole. As a commercial plumber, Shawn traveled a lot for work but he would always take time to find fishing spots (most notably Alaska and Hawaii).
Shawn is preceded in passing by his mother, Carol Ann Pierson; and grandparents, Giles and Leila Pierson, and Raymond and Christine Totten.
Shawn is survived by his daughter, Lauryn Pierson; her fiancée Joseph Watson; father Dean Giles Pierson, Sr.; brothers, Dean (Tosh) Pierson, Jr.; Brad Elliot Pierson; aunts Sharon Pryor and Marsha (Steve) Manley; cousins Ethan, Douglas, and Daniel Foley; and girlfriend Summer Boyles.
A memorial service for Shawn will be held Tuesday, January 14, 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Palm Mortuary - Northwest, 6701 North Jones Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89131.
