Shirley Pincus, age 86, passed away in Las Vegas, Nevada on August 19, 2011. Born May 24, 1925 in Elizabeth, New Jersey, she had been a Nevada resident for 20 years. Shirley had worked for many years as a Computer Operator with the Canadian Government. She is preceded in death by her husband, Martin Pincus (2003) and daughter, Randi Pincus (2006). She is survived by her son, Alan Pincus of North Las Vegas; granddaughter, Katherine Ernst and grandson, David Pincus, both of Philadelphia; sisters, Bernice Peritz of New York City, and Rene Glass of Boston; and niece, Joan Connolly of Florida. All services will be private. Memorial Donations to American Cancer Society will be greatefully accepted. Arrangements under the direction of Palm Mortuary, 7400 W. Cheyenne Avenue, Las Vegas, Nevada.
