To my best friend Freddie. I never forgot about you and "Moe". Remember that she was always there for me when I I almost lost my life in Hawaii. I can not stop crying when I found out 30 minutes ago after watching the videos...how can this be?, she was so full of life and kindness. Years has passed but I never ever forgot both of you. She still in my memories always. I can stop crying as I type this message for you and her. I am sorry for the lost, my deepest feeling goes with her...I am sorry Freddie. Love you my friend. I want to express my deepest condolences to The Matos and Sihavong family.  And to my dearest friend Mekhaly Toune Rassavong.  Moe was a great person with bright eyes and full of smiles.  I could see her good heart and souls in them.  There are no greater loss to compare to for a great sister, second mother, and best of friend all in one.
