Steven Robert Hoff

On January 9th, Steven Robert Hoff passed away peacefully in Las Vegas, Nevada at the age of 52. Born to James and Janet Hoff on March 28th, 1971 in Wheaton, Illinois.

Steve was always the adventurous one of the family. After his graduation from the College of DuPage, he ventured out to Nevada in 1997, avoiding the snow that plagued the rest of his family and beginning a life-long war against scorpions. Despite his relocation, Stevo remained a tried and true Chicago sports fan throughout his life so raise a beer (or Liquid Death) at the next game to him. Well-natured and friendly, Steve was known to make connections everywhere he went. Those who met him frequently shared a laugh with the good-humored man.

Steve is survived by his older brother, Andy (Tamie), niece Kenzie and nephew Payton (Jenna & Elliana), along with his chosen family in Nevada (the Fleck family and others). Steve is preceded in death by his late parents, Jim and Jan, along with his grandparents, Chris and Margaret Hoff and Clarence and Doris Wiese. He also follows his favorite family member, Chubbs, by several months, reunited with his lovable bulldog in the beyond.
