Teresa Del Rio

Teresa Del Rio, age 84, of Las Vegas, Nevada passed away on Monday, February 12, 2024. Our beautiful Mother Teresa was born in Mexico and was married to our father, Rodolfo Del Rio for 63 years. She and our Father knew each other almost a lifetime, since they lived half a block away from each other growing up. Our parents had six children; two sons and four daughters. Their sons Rudy and Jaime, have passed away. She is survived by her daughters Leticia, Flor, Teresa, and Silvia, 12 grandchildren, and eight great-grandchildren. Our Mother became a U.S. Citizen and lived in the United States for most of her life. She took much pride in being a stay at home Mom and was the perfect Mother and Grandmother. She was a wonderful cook and a great caregiver. She enjoyed studying English, doing word searches, knitting, playing games, and loved spending time with her family. She always offered great advice when needed, and she made a wonderful and lasting impact in our lives. She will be missed, but remembered with lots of love.

A visitation for Teresa will be held Friday, March 8, 2024 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Palm Northwest Mortuary, 6701 North Jones Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89131. A funeral service will occur Friday, March 8, 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM, 6701 North Jones Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89131. A committal service will occur Friday, March 8, 2024 from 3:00 PM to 3:30 PM at Palm Northwest Cemetery, 6701 North Jones Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89131. A reception will occur Friday, March 8, 2024 from 3:30 PM to 5:30 PM, 6701 North Jones Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89131.
