I have known Theo since he opened Station 10 with my mom Diane Moyes.  He was an amazing man! Always kind and gentle. When I showed my mom the facebook post that was posted. We  were both in tears. She was sharing stories about him and working with her on the fire department. When I would come by the station to visit. He would always greet me with a smile and say hi to me. He was my mom's 1st aid when she was working at station 10 as a baltion Cheif.  I will always remember the good times at the fire department.  Theo you are missed by so many and will forever be in our hearts.
