Theodore William Pfisterer

Theodore William Pfisterer of Las Vegas, age 68 passed away on Friday, March 14, 2025 from cancer. Ted was born in Kemmerer, WY to Audrey and John Pfisterer on August 22, 1956. His brother John (Ann), sisters Gail (Jim), Mary (Thom), Carol, Maggie and Judy (Chuck) all are the best siblings. Ted had many Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, Nieces and Nephews. His in-law family was small but all loved him. His friends would take an entire page to list. His wife of 36 years, Tanya along with daughters Samantha and Sabrina were always his biggest cheerleaders.

After graduating from the University of Wyoming as an electrical engineer, he was recruited by NV Power where he worked for over 26 years. He also worked for Landtek, KDG and finally ECI where he retired from and then went back to work for as his love of engineering called him back.

Ted's music tastes went from Pink Floyd to the Rippingtons. He loved camping and hiking. He loved laughing and was a really funny guy. Most of all he loved his family. He was an Eagle Scout and devoted many years to both girls scouting endeavors all the way through their Gold Awards.

There will be no local services. His ashes will be scattered in his beloved Wind River Mountains in Wyoming later this year.
