Therese Marie Corrigan

Therese Marie (Strehl) Corrigan was born on October 18, 1955 in Pittsburgh, PA to Charles B. Strehl and Catherine P. Cummings. She was known to friends as “Tree” and attended school in Pittsburgh, graduating in 1972. She remained in the area after high school until she met and married Patrick Corrigan in the mid 80’s. They resided in Pittsburgh for many years where Tree found her passion in the floral industry.

In the early 90’s, Pat and Tree moved to Las Vegas, Nevada. Tree further pursued her love of flowers, working as a florist and then ultimately owning her own floral shop. She served the Las Vegas community for many years by bringing joy into countless homes with her creations and beautiful bouquets.

Tree will be remembered for her generous heart, never missing a birthday or holiday, and zest for life. She and Pat enjoyed time with friends and entertaining in their home throughout their life together. In 2008, she lost her husband to heart disease but continued to reside and work in Las Vegas for several more years. In 2016, she moved to Florida where she stayed for 3 years before returning to Las Vegas until the time of her death.

She is survived by two sisters, a brother, a Godson, and her dear friend and companion George Waldon.
