Vida Dominguez-Kivatisky, 54, of Las Vegas, passed away on March 5, 2015, followed by her twin sister Vera Goode on March 9, 2015. They were born on January 28, 1961 in Lorain, Ohio to Joe and Grace Dominguez. They attended St. John Roman Catholic Church and graduated from Lorain Southview High School in 1979. Vida had one daughter, Breeanna, and Vera had two sons; Joe and Tony. The twins enjoyed their jobs in various Las Vegas Casinos. They had many things they enjoyed to do together; they both enjoyed bowling and dancing, although Vida liked to golf and Vera liked to play pool.
The twins are preceded in death by their parents. They are survived by their sisters; Darlene (Carl) Ruma of Omaha, Nebraska, Dominca Dominguez, Tina Dominguez; one brother, Joe Dominguez of Lorain, Ohio, their children, many nieces and nephews, and a host of good friends.
There will be a memorial service on Friday March 27, 2015 from 5-7 PM at Palm Mortuary South Jones 1600 S. Jones Blvd Las Vegas, NV 89146. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in the twins’ name to the American Cancer Society.
