Verna Irene Evans, 76 of Las Vegas, Nevada passed away on July 4, 2016. Irene was born in New York to her parents, Royce and Verna Beach. Irene was an accountant. In her time away from work she enjoyed going boating, water skiing and traveling. Some of her favorite places to travel were Alaska, the Caribbean, Fiji, Hawaii and the Cayman Islands. She loved to bake and was a wonderful cook. Irene’s favorite pastime was spending time with her family, they were her world. Irene is preceded in death by her husband, Richard, her granddaughter, Kimberly Ortiz-Evans, her parents, her brother, Bob and her sister, Roberta. Irene leaves to cherish her memory her son, Dan Evans, daughter, Deborah Dean, 2 granddaughters, Brittany Dean and Mickensie Dean, great grandson, Remy Ortiz and her brother, Don Beach. A visitation will be held on Sunday, July 10, 2016 from 3-7Pm at Palm Northwest Mortuary. A graveside service will be held on Monday, July 11, 2016 at 9:00AM at Palm Northwest Cemetery.
