Walker David Howard, Jr., 82, a retiree from the Nevada Test Site, of Las Vegas, passed away January 13, 2013. He was born June 24, 1930 in Chevy Chase, District of Columbia, and had been a resident of Nevada since 1968. Walker was preceded in death by is devoted wife, Nancy Howard, and is survived by his three children, Linda Cummings and David (Sheryl) Howard, III of Las Vegas, NV; and Renee (Mike) Seabaugh of Jackson, MO; eight grandchildren, Lisa and Gwendolyn Cummings, Janae Himel, Kerri (Chris)Valentine, Adam (Angela) Howard, Blake Seabaugh, Michael (Sandy) Medeiros, and Stephanie (Josh) Bean; 10 great grandchildren; and a special friend, Michele Miller . A Memorial Service will be held on Wednesday, January 23, 2013 at 4:00pm at Palm Mortuary, 1600 S. Jones Blvd., Las Vegas, NV 89146.
