Welson Arellano Lagasca, 54, a grocer produce manager of Las Vegas, passed away on September 20, 2012 in Burbank, California. He was born in Honolulu, Hawaii on September 17, 1958, and had been a resident of Nevada for 22 years. Welson is survived by his devoted wife of 27 years, Helen Lagasca; his loving daughter, Jennifer Lagasca; brother, Paul Lagasca; sisters, Erlinda Canuela, and Kingyang Ramos; and several nieces, nephews and cousins. A visitation will be held on Saturday, September 29th from 3 to 7pm, and a funeral service to be held on Sunday, September 30th at 10am.
