Wil was born in Poblacion Floridablanca, Pampanga, Philippines to Francisco and Cecilia Manalac on April 20, 1947. He went to high school at Far Eastern University and graduated in 1964. He went on to earn a degree in Business Administration. He worked at Xerox Corporation for 25+ years.
He is survived by his spouse, Nellie; his daughter, Joanne May, Francis, Kay, and Lisa Anne; his sons, John Paul and William Jeffrey; and his grandchildren, Katrina, Elijah, Julian, James, and Emma.
A viewing will be held on January 9, 2014 at Palm Northwest Mortuary from 3:00 - 7:00 pm. A funeral mass will take place at 9:30 am on January 10, 2014 at St. John Neumann Roman Catholic Church. A gathering will follow afterward at the Manalac Residence.
