Happy Fathers Day my son. I think of you and miss you every minute of each day. You were such an amazing person Bill. So many things I wish I could have said to you. I miss our dinners together and drives to Shoshone to buy lottery tickets and have lunch. Working in the yard, going to star nursery, every thing about you. I never had the opportunity to meet Billy.  I work with his mother Barbara.  A few months ago Barbara and I attended a class in Las Vegas and made the ride from Pahrump to Las Vegas together.  What do mom's talk about when they are together?  Their children.  We talked about the valleys we faced in our lives raising our children and time spent on our knees.  We also talked about how richly blessed our lives have been because of our children.  I believe the deepest heartache is to have our children arrive in Heaven before us.  Thank you Barbara for giving me a glimpse of Billie's life.  I know he will be missed by all who loved him.  Mr. and Mrs. Rick Nelson

I can't believe you are gone my sweet Billy. When you lived with me you were always so concerned and worried about me. You were so sweet and loving and just so wonderful to be around. Your family are all wonderful people with the sweetest hearts also, that's where you got it. I loved our lil routine we got into, dinner with your wonderful grandma and taking care of the animals. You taught me so much. I will forever be grateful for you and lucky to have been such a big part in your life. Your kids are so sweet also. I remember going to church with you and even though you had your boot on because of your surgery you still walked all the way to the front with me. Not a day goes by that I won't and will not think about you. You were so loving and caring towards me. I love you forever Billy!! Xoxo I can not wait until we meet again. Very soon love very soon.   Although I didn't know Billy as long as some ,when we did meet we instantly connected. He was so kind and funny, always making me laugh.  He had a huge heart to hold all the love he had for so many people, especially his family, whom we spoke about every time we were together or on the phone. He will always be missed and in my heart. I'm so sorry. I haven't seen Billy since high school but as a lot of us do, we have kept in touch on facebook. I always thought he had such a positive attitude and always looked at the bright side of everything. I will keep you in my thoughts during this difficult time.

Oh my beautiful angel, I love you so much dad. It's hard to believe you're gone. I can't imagine my life without you. Although I didn't always see you the moments spent with you will forever be cherished. There was not a single dull moment when I was with you. You were always smiling and laughing. You were such a great listener and you were so easy to talk to. You never judged and when you did you always had a good reason to. I can only hope to grow up with the heart you had, the one you gave me. I'll try my best to keep you proud. Nothing can ever take the pain from losing you away but I'll get through it for you dad. I hope to be a great person like you. I'm so happy that you are now in a better place. No more worries or pain. I know you're in heaven dancing around in the big garden you'll have waiting for me when I see you again. Billy my beautiful blue eyed brother. I don't know where to begin. You have been the light in my life and with out you my life will never be the same. You were the first Grandchild in our family. You were the first to give us Grest Grandchildren, Deena and Dustin. You were the only grandchild to know your grandfather Keith Johnson before he died. You held his hand before he died. You are the first nephew and grandchild to go to heaven. You blessed us with your life Billy. You will always be in our hearts.

I remember having fun with Billy clear back in junior high orchestra class.  We used to have sword fights with our bows and laugh a lot in that class together :)  He has always been a very tender, sweet and kind person.  As we grew older and reconnected on Facebook, he was always there to offer a cheerful and uplifting word, to offer any support or help when he knew I was going through difficult times.  I realize at his passing that he was there this way for so many people!  He was a true friend to all, and his light, fun, gentleness, humor, and kindness will be sorely missed in this world!  Condolences to his family at this time, and please be comforted not only in knowing what an amazing man he was in this life, but knowing we will all see him again someday.  Be at peace dear friend, till we see you again.
