Wil was born and raised in Oxnard, CA. He attended Channel Islands High School, and shortly after his family took residence in Las Vegas, NV in 2002, Wil attended a four year apprenticeship program through of College of Southern Nevada for Heat and Frost Insulators Local 135 to become a Union Journeyman Insulator. With his family and friends, Wil always stood out in a crowd for being the one that could make you laugh till you burst or burst you till you laughed…or cried. Wil was well known for his crazy antics, very vivid sense of humor, big family, and even bigger heart. It wasn’t until he was around, or talked about, his kids and grandbaby that you would see the gentle giant. For anyone that knew Wil, they knew that he truly believed and lived by “Family First” over any and everything. Wil is now and forever greatly loved and missed by all that knew him.
Wil is preceded in death by his mother, Fulisia Isaia Tuia’ana-Valoaga; father: Mane Tuia’ana; brothers, Asora Tuia’ana, Iefata Tuia’ana, and Mane “Bootz” Tuia’ana, Jr.
He is survived by his significant other, Cheryl Faith; daughters, Fulisia Ashley Tuia’ana, Leiloni MaryAnn Tuia’ana, George Jefferary Tuia’ana, and granddaughter, Anaya Jasmine Tuia’ana-Dotson, all of Las Vegas, NV. Wil’s surviving siblings from Oxnard, Ca includes his sister, Edna Jorgensen married to Mark Jorgensen, sister, Sauini Patu married to Leslie Patu, brother, Jeremiah Valoaga married to Celina Valoaga, brother, Maualuga Valoaga (Ventura, Ca) married to Malia Valoaga, brother, Jeffrey Valoaga married to Charito Valoaga, baby brother, Matthew Valoaga engaged to Chrischelle Schimpff, brother, Sione Isaia married to Claudia Isaia, and sister, Helen Umu married to Tom Umu. Siblings from Las Vegas, NV includes sister, Ailafo Tuia’ana married to Dinorah Tuia’ana, sister, Meleane Chairez married to Roger Chairez, brother George Tuia’ana married to Brandy Tuia’ana, brother, Jerry Valoaga, brother, Larry Valoaga, sister, Elaine Valoaga, and brother, Christmas Valoaga married to Michele Valoaga. Wil is also survived by 38 nieces and nephews, as well as 8 great nephews and great nieces.
