Winifred B. Shigley, born Aug. 13, 1920, died March 22, 2012 of natural causes, surrounded by her family. Loving mother of Jean Lirani (Alfonso), James Shigley (Deborah), John Shigley, and Winifred Shigley; loving grandmother of Jean Alicia Kirkland, Tricia Cotterill, Jason, Kristina, Allison, and Steven Shigley; great-grandmother of Kody, Casey, Mackenzie, and Alicia. Celebration of life will be 1-5 p.m., Saturday, March 24, at the home of John Shigley, 10016 Cresent Mesa Lane, Las Vegas, NV 89145.
