Billy was one of my most favorite people that I have ever worked with !! He was so funny, so helpful, so kind, so genuine. Billy was precious. He left a special happy imprint on everyone at Evansdale's heart. I am forever grateful that I got to have him in my life all those years at school. He was loved by staff, children, and their parents. Billy was one in a million. God has one of his precious children back in heaven. Love you Billy.
