While earning her Registered Nursing degree she met her future husband, John DeSimone and they were married on April 15th, 1978. Carolyn enjoyed arts and crafts, cooking, as well as playing cards. She loved socializing with her friends and family, participating in her local church and above all was always trying to help whomever she could.
She was preceded in death by her father Harold Moore.
She is survived by her husband John, her oldest son Brad and his husband Adam, her youngest son Craig and his wife Amanda, her grandson Garrett. Private Services will be held.
