Mr. Couch was an Army W.W. II veteran, President of the Rotary Club in Miami, FL and he also retired from Southern Bell August 1, 1978.
He is survived by his wife Nancy B. Couch; daughter and son in-law, Deborah C. and Robert M. Hooper of Alpharetta, GA; grandson Joseph C. Wright of Tampa, FL; and great-grandson Joseph Charles Wright, III
