Johnny is survived by his wife Lynn Jones and their children Amy Howard, Dina Jones, Stephen Neal, and Lindsey Jones.
Johnny was born on December 15, 1942 in Atlanta, Georgia to parents Ruby and Otis Jones. He graduated from Georgia Tech in 1966 with a degree in engineering. He accepted a position as a System Analysis at Colonial Pipeline, where he worked for more than 30 years.
Johnny Jones was a great family man and a loving father. Him and Lynn Jones were married 43 years and the couple had 4 children together, including 7 grandchildren.
Johnny was a social, active man who was deeply involved in scuba diving, fishing, reading, and he loved the beach. His family and friends will always remember him as a good husband, father, and grandfather.
