José Eduardo Conde Fernández, a resident of Lawrenceville, Georgia, passed away on January 1st, 2026, after a long and fruitful life. He was born in Cuba, the son of Spanish immigrants, Jose and Maria and raised in Spain along with his siblings, Maruja, Josefina, Alicia, and Ramon. He raised a family, worked hard and enjoyed simple pleasures like raising birds and playing chess. He is survived by Mayra his first wife, his children, Jose Eduardo, Mariloly, Brenda, Marietta, and Eduardo, his grandchildren, Sebastian, Andrea, Daniel, Rebecca, Samantha, Jordan and Adam. He will be missed by Many: his second wife, Felicita, his neighbors, his surrogate daughter, Clari and her children, his extended family, and all who knew him. We, his children, will miss him dearly but even now in our hour of grief often smile remembering him as he was with all his quirks, playful spirit, and sly smile. We love you, papi.
