O’BARR – Judy Hanson O’Barr, age 73, of Norcross, Georgia, passed away on Sunday, February 1, 2015. She is survived by her daughter Kim Elizabeth O’Barr of Buford, Georgia; her granddaughter Sarah Elizabeth Thomas of Buford, Georgia; and her loyal pet companion, “Jeb”; other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband Coy Stancel O’Barr, her daughter Kay Ellen O’Barr.
Judy was born in Atlanta, Georgia on October 12, 1941. She graduated from North Fulton High School and went to business school and as an Administrative Assistant for several firms. She loved working in the yard and spending time at the senior center in Norcross.
The service for Judy Hanson O’Barr will be held Thursday, February 5, 2015, at 11:00 am, at White Chapel Memorial Gardens in Duluth, Georgia.
