Robert C. Martin, Jr, nicknamed R.C., passed away on August 25, 2025 at the V.A. Hospital in Atlanta, Georgia. Robert was born to Robert C. Martin and Jacqueline Ann Newton Martin on February 5, 1948 in Atlanta, where he resided most of his life. His special interest was horticulture, having worked at the Atlanta Botanical Gardens for a number of years. He is survived by his sister Barbara Wigh of Columbus, Indiana and several nieces and nephews. He served in the US Army in Vietnam.
