Allen Scott “Tinker” Pennington, passed away February 10, 2016.
Born on September 11, 1942 in western Pennsylvania, he was the son of the late Dr. William Pennington and Elizabeth Gardner Pennington.
He retired from the U.S. Navy, where he was a Dental Tech and moved from West Mifflin, PA to North Myrtle Beach in 1980. Tinker is known for driving around the beach in his black 1929 Model A Ford Roadster.
He leaves behind his cousins, Rick and Brenda Sanford of Mt. Airy, MD and Bill and Julie Sanford of Orlando, FL. He is predeceased by his cousins, Richard and Evelyn Sanford of Catonsville, MD
