Ms Mincey, 83, of North Myrtle Beach, passed away after a short illness on March 20, 2020.
Born in Horry County and living most of her life in Mullins, SC, she was the daughter of the late Wadis L. Mincey and Ruth Collins Mincey. She was preceded in death by a brother Lavern Mincey.
Surviving are (2) nieces and (2) nephews.
A celebration of life will be held at a future date.
