Toni was born in Trenton, New Jersey, on September 3, 1942, to the late Anthony and Verna Mangus. She was a graduate of Steinert High School, Class of 1960. Toni was a homemaker who enjoyed reading, doing puzzles, and spending time at the beach.
She is survived by her husband of 59 years, David Okun; her sons, Scott Okun and Kris Okun; her grandson, Alex Okun; her sister, Sharon Scully; nieces Morgan Scully and Jody Mangus; and nephews Michael Dolan and Aaron Paul Arnell.
A private service will be held at a later date.
