Barbara Louise Hoffman, 80, passed away peacefully at home October 11, 2019, surrounded by her loving family.
Born on July 3, 1939 in Allentown, PA, she was the daughter of the late Leroy and Elizabeth Springer Reichenbach.
She taught 9th through 12th grades, Spanish, French and English at Whitehall High School and Bethlehem Middle School. She retired from Palmerton High School.
Mrs. Hoffman is survived by her husband of 58 years, Corson Hoffman; son, Troy Hoffman; daughter, Elizabeth Cuffy; brother, Kenneth W. Reichenbach; three grandchildren, Dr. Sara Stahley, Jessica Stahley, Celine Geigel; and great grandchildren, Jaylin, Carter and Dominic.
A memorial service will be on Sunday, November 3 at 3:00 pm at Ocean Drive Presbyterian Church.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Humane Society of North Myrtle Beach or Ocean Drive Presbyterian Church.
