He is survived by his beloved wife of 61 years, Rosetta “Sue” Baker; his sons, Gary Duvall (Kim) of Jacksonville, Florida, and Darren Duvall of Longs, South Carolina; his grandchildren, Brett Duvall (Brandy) of West Virginia, Courtney Robinson (Tery) of Jacksonville, Florida, and Madalyn Duvall of Jacksonville, Florida; his brother, Donald Duvall of Gettysburg, Pennsylvania; and his sister, Louise McMillian of Maryland. He also survived one great-grandchild and numerous nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by his brother Robert Duvall of Baltimore, MD.
A graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on November 3, 2026, at Manor Reformed Cemetery in Frederick, Maryland.
