I am grateful to have known Brett.  I met him in 3rd grade.  I have many wonderful memories of our youth and time together.  We played as children and on sports teams during Junior and Senior High School.  Life is journey.  We are blessed to walk this earth.  I was truly blessed to have Brett along for part of  the journey.  He will be missed.  

My condolences are with the Misavage family.  

May Jennifer and Kayla find peace in the memories of Brett. He was an amazing person, friend, athlete, educator, and will be missed by so many. God’s plan for him is hard for those of us left behind to comprehend but we too will understand someday. Hold the memories close to your heart and Brett will live on thru them. Blessings to his family!!!

Brett was a friend I admired after moving from New Jersey to Milton in 7th grade. I coveted his time throwing ball with his dad Gus, joining in whenever possible. When I left Milton a broken boy and  in controversy,  I remember during my basketball games in Williamsport, looking up to the support of Brett and his dad giving me thumbs up. Five years ago I travelled a circuit of schools speaking and sharing my story with students. While my former school was uninterested, Brett excitedly invited me to speak with over 1,000 students under his leadership. 

Brett was a really great guy. I believe in life after death by faith in the Savior Jesus Christ. I believe Brett did as well. See you again my friend... Godspeed to your family... I know you are loved and missed.

Brett was an amazing man. I had the privilege of working with him for more than 20 years.  He was kind, caring, and compassionate. He put others first and did whatever he could for anyone. With him as our leader, our building was like a family. He was a boss but more importantly a friend. He will truly be missed. Prayers are with you Jennifer and Kala.
